Description:
Radius Payment Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Service Desk Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support services, ensuring seamless operations within the organization. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality IT solutions and resolve technical issues efficiently.
About You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for IT. A strong understanding of IT service desk processes and procedures is essential. If you have experience in IT account creation, procurement, and supplier management, we encourage you to apply. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks. You will work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of your responsibilities and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting tasks related to IT account creation, procurement, and supplier management
- Raising orders and managing software licenses as part of the IT procurement process
- Setting up new starter accounts
- Taking ownership of stock control as part of the IT asset management process
- Managing and collaborating with the Postroom team to deliver IT equipment around the group
Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:
You will enjoy a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
