**Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences**
Hilton Hotels is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work to the highest standards, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement company statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and local by-laws.
- Respond to all enquiries promptly and carry out maintenance repair work, ensuring the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.
- Maintain green areas and car parks when applicable and follow planned preventative maintenance programmes.
- Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented and follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, particularly the storage of hazardous substances.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, or painting and decorating.
- Relevant qualifications for the role.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and ability to work on their own or in a team.
