Job Summary:

As a Vehicle Service Technician at Halfords, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair. With a focus on light vehicle maintenance and repair, you will work on a variety of tasks, including interim, full, and major services, as well as repair and replacement work.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out interim, full, and major services on light vehicles
Perform repair and replacement work on brakes, suspension, and steering components
Maintain accurate records of work completed and customer interactions
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Full driver's license with no more than 9 points
Experience of delivering interim, full, and major services, as well as relevant repair and replacement work
