We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lead Advanced Care Practitioner to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

The Corporate Lead Advanced Care Practitioner will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced practice strategies and workforce plans across the Trust. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the development of a skilled and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of advanced practice strategies and workforce plans
  • Work independently at a senior level in the direct delivery of high-quality care within their own specialist field
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the Trust at external and internal strategy level meetings
  • Establish and develop partnerships with other Trusts and the Integrated Care System
Person Specification
  • Clinical Professional Registration
  • Master's level in Advanced Care Practice
  • Non-medical Prescriber
  • Teaching and Assessing practice
  • Evidence of formal management/leadership training
  • Post graduate research
