Job Description

This is a key position that requires a skilled Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the audit, accounts & tax teams and cover front office reception duties.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional client service through efficient and effective communication
  2. Support the monthly billing process, including drafting bills and maintaining accurate records
  3. Maintain the CCH database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with firm policies
  4. Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and equipped with essential office supplies

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent telephone skills, and a reliable and flexible approach to work.
