Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and review HR policies, initiatives, and projects to support group objectives.

  • Lead early careers activities.
  • Promote a culture of consistency, equality, and fairness in employee relations matters.
  • Coach and support line managers regarding people matters.
  • Main point of contact for union-related matters.


Working Environment
This role is based at a manufacturing plant near Buxton in Derbyshire, working closely with a prestigious brand with an exceptional culture. The role requires full office-based work due to the nature of this sector. An estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
