About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our FIS Professional Services team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting clients during the implementation of our Securities Finance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train clients on our new Securities Finance Matching Platform (SFMP)
  • Guide clients through inbound and outbound data mapping
  • Work with clients to develop test plans and test cases
  • Support client UAT test cycles
  • Collaborate with other FIS teams to ensure customer success during the implementation project
Requirements
  • Securities Finance experience, with a focus on Securities Lending and Repo
  • At least five years of experience working in the product line as a business systems analyst at a senior or specialist level
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • Working knowledge of iterative, waterfall, and other modern approaches to software development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution and expertise in business architecture
