About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at FIS. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting clients during the implementation of our Securities Finance products. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a successful onboarding of our new platform, SFMP.

Main Responsibilities
  • Train clients on the SFMP platform, ensuring they have a deep understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop test plans and test cases, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Support client UAT test cycles, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Work closely with other FIS teams to ensure customer success during the implementation project.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of experience in the Securities Finance industry, with a focus on business systems analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients.
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution, with expertise in business architecture.
