Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our FIS Securities Finance team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting clients during the implementation of our Securities Finance products.

About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for meeting with top-tier clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring a successful onboarding of our new Securities Finance Matching Platform (SFMP). Key responsibilities include training clients on the new platform, guiding them through inbound and outbound data mapping, and collaborating with other FIS teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Securities Finance experience, with a focus on Securities Lending and Repo
  • At least five years of experience working in the product line as a Business Systems Analyst at a senior or specialist level
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution and expertise in business architecture
