Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Aperta Care Ltd. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting a young lady with complex needs in her educational and social settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 support for a young lady with complex needs in both her educational and social settings.
  • Follow accredited CPI training to manage behaviours of concern safely and compassionately while supporting our client.
  • Assist our client to attend school and participate in group activities, ensuring she is fully engaged and supported at all times.
  • Support our client with her personal care, daily routines, communication, and creating a nurturing environment in meeting her holistic needs.
