About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Aperta Care Ltd. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting a young lady with complex needs in both her educational and social settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 support for a young lady with complex needs in both her educational and social settings.
  • Follow accredited CPI training to manage behaviours of concern safely and compassionately.
  • Assist the client to attend school and participate in group activities, ensuring she is fully engaged and supported at all times.
  • Support the client with personal care, daily routines, communication, and creating a nurturing environment to meet her holistic needs.
Requirements
  • CPI training (essential)
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, particularly in schools or group activity settings.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
