We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Aperta Care Ltd. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting a young lady with complex needs in her educational and social settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2:1 support for a young lady with complex needs in both her educational and social settings.
- Follow accredited CPI training to manage behaviours of concern safely and compassionately.
- Assist the client to attend school and participate in group activities, ensuring she is fully engaged and supported at all times.
- Support the client with her personal care, daily routines, communication, and creating a nurturing environment in meeting her holistic needs.
Requirements
- CPI training (essential)
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, particularly in school or group activity settings.
- Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
