Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Bury

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum

Job Description

As an Employee Relations Advisor at Morson Talent, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Your primary focus will be on managing and resolving employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and developing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues
* Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters
* Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and allegations
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a positive employee relations environment

Requirements:

* Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an employee relations role
* Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations cases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Previous experience working in a unionised environment

Working Conditions:

* Office-based role during probation
