About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide academic support to Year 1 students on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young students and be part of a supportive school community.

The role begins in November 2024 and runs through to July 2025, during which time the successful candidate will assist with lesson planning and delivery, support students' learning and development, and work collaboratively with teaching staff. Key skills and qualifications include a strong understanding of the curriculum, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students of varying abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Providing academic support to Year 1 students

Salary Information:
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum depending on experience.
