We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at St Christopher's Trust.
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance Team. This includes processing and placing orders, processing invoices, processing staff expense claims and credit card transactions, posting of weekly bank transactions, processing weekly payment runs, reconciling monthly supplier statements, supporting the preparation of year end files, and other tasks.
You will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to communicate clearly with people in different schools and offices, and you will be happy to work independently while following processes and checklists.
We are committed to developing our staff and offer clear lines of progression. While experience of undertaking bookkeeping and using financial software packages would be an advantage, it is not necessary as full training and support will be provided.
