Head of UK Shooting Sports Governance

The role of Secretary General for the National Rifle Association involves strategic leadership and direction, ensuring the achievement of the charity's mission and objectives. As Chief Executive of the National Shooting Centre Limited, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the organisation's operations, driving growth, managing change, and fostering collaborative working relationships with the Board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
Main Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive organisational strategies, aligning objectives with annual budgets and overseeing financial management.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including political, military, and governmental bodies.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the financial health and organisational impact of the NRA and NSC.
- Ensure effective representation of the NRA and NSC as national governing bodies and prominent voices within the shooting community.
Salary Range: £110,000 – £125,000 per annum dependent on experience.
