Job Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our social care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their full potential.

Job Summary:
  • Provide person-centered support and care to adults with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
