Reed HR is seeking a highly skilled HR People Partner to join our client\u2019s busy HR Operations Team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.

In this hybrid role, you will work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home, supporting divisional management teams to develop and implement effective people solutions that drive organizational performance and good employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide innovative HR thinking and solutions to assist divisions in managing their human resources.
  • Assist in delivering projects to achieve Human Resources corporate objectives.
  • Support the development of a performance management culture within divisions by coaching managers in the implementation of the performance management process.
  • Support managers with investigations into bullying and harassment, and coach and support managers and supervisors in people-related issues.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to managers on the interpretation of legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist and support HRBPs in managing casework related to short and long-term absence.
  • Support managers with recruitment and selection.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc management information reports.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience: A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in an HR role, including handling Employee Relations within a unionized environment.
  • Qualifications: Possess a minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a business-related or HRM discipline.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR people policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience of organizational change and culture.
  • Experience of managing and delivering HR projects.
