About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and team members, handling day-to-day HR matters with professionalism.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including pre- and post-acquisition integration, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Support and guide employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management, to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement high-quality HR programs, policies, and processes that support business objectives.
  • Use HR data to analyze trends and develop strategic solutions to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with employment legislation in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Requirements
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Proven experience in an HRBP role, ideally within professional services.
  • Expertise in managing change, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of employment law across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on employee wellbeing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges with empathy and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel between offices across Ireland, and occasionally to the UK.
