About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in maintaining the highest standards of care and promoting a culture of kindness and compassion.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, including administering medication as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
Requirements
  • S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
