About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Burntwood. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist with personal care and daily living tasks

Encourage independence and participation in activities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families

Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

**What We Offer:**

Competitive hourly rate of £11.68

Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour

Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
