Job Role: Care Assistant

We're seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them maintain their independence.

What You'll Do

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless support and care

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and their families, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. No prior experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
