XQ Technical is a leading technical service provider that helps businesses across various industries achieve their goals. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Composite Laminator to join our team on a project in Motorsport/F1.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with expertise in laminating composite components to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with structural composite components and experience in tooling preparation, moulding, and bonding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Laminate composite components using advanced techniques and equipment
  • Prepare tools and equipment for use in the workshop, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Mould and fit components as needed, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control
  • Perform bonding, etching, and other tasks required for component assembly

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-performance engineering environment (Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace)
  • Excellent understanding of composite materials and their properties
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
