RenMor is a luxurious restaurant located in a stunning coastal setting, offering an unforgettable dining experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in maintaining high service standards, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Work closely with the team to exceed guest expectations in all areas of restaurant service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate billing and maintain a thorough understanding of food, wine, and bar offerings.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, allergy requirements, and restaurant service styles.
  • Oversee shifts, maintain a clean and organized environment, and manage stock control effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
  • Coach, train, and mentor the restaurant team to optimize sales and drive business growth.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food and beverage.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • WSET level 3 or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
