The Role: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Headland, a multi-award-winning hotel in a stunning location. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Take accurate orders and deliver food and drink to the table in a professional manner.
  • Check back with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Clear and relay tables, maintaining a pristine restaurant area.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
