We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our boutique wine importing company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector.

**Job Description**

Your role will include:

  • Driving business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborating with our team to understand and communicate the unique stories of our wine selections.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry.
  • A strong network of contacts in high-end bars and restaurants.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, with an understanding of unique and artisanal wine categories.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

**Benefits**
