At Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., we're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Dudley, and surrounding areas, and fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Manage your time effectively to keep customers and colleagues updated on your progress
  • Keep track of stock levels in your van and maintain a high level of organization
  • Upsell our products and receive bonus incentives for successful sales
Requirements:
  • A full, valid driving licence is required
  • Strong communication skills and a dedicated approach to finding the best outcome for the customer
  • Self-motivation and strong technical skills

  • A competitive starting salary of £32,650 per annum, with the opportunity to earn £37,304 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements
