Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our broadband network, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain broadband equipment and infrastructure
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with our network
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build great relationships with customers
