Site Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Daily Boiler Checks: Conduct regular inspections of our boilers to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
- Flush Water Systems: Regularly flush our water systems to prevent scaling and ensure optimal performance.
- Servicing Air Handling Units: Perform routine maintenance on our air handling units to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure all electrical sockets are safe and functioning properly to prevent electrical hazards.
- Emergency Lighting: Manage and maintain our emergency lighting systems to ensure they are functioning correctly in the event of an emergency.
- Support Contractors: Provide support to contractors on site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance of Fan Units: Perform routine maintenance on our fan units to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Lighting Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any lighting issues that may arise.
- Basic Grounds Maintenance: Perform basic grounds maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe.
- Understanding of Boilers, Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical Systems: Possess a strong understanding of boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Risk Management: Have experience in risk management and be able to identify potential hazards.
- Qualifications: Hold a minimum of an NVQ level 3 electrical or mechanical qualification or equivalent.
- Basic PC Skills: Possess basic PC skills and be able to use software applications relevant to the role.
