A prestigious opportunity has arisen for a skilled Site Services and Facilities Engineer to join our team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Leicester. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns on a range of site services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on site services and facilities, including steam boilers, air compressors, water treatment systems, and effluent plants.
  2. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues with site services and facilities.
  3. Work safely and efficiently to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.
  5. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a site services environment within a manufacturing facility.
  2. Formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  3. Ammonia refrigeration knowledge and experience.
  4. Utilities experience, including gas, electric, and water.
  5. BMS systems and monitoring experience.
  6. Effluent treatment and drainage experience, as well as general facilities management.
