Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to join our team at KP Snacks' Ashby site. As a key member of our Engineering function, you will provide a comprehensive electrical, mechanical, and maintenance engineering service to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing and maintaining production and ancillary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with production plans.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate maintenance records and schedules.
  • Acting as host for contractors and ensuring safe working practices are followed.
  • Providing engineering assistance to production teams and improving their knowledge of equipment.
  • Identifying and resolving problems to prevent repeat failures.
  • Ensuring adherence to food quality management systems and retailer-specific technical standards.
