As a Trading Assistant, you'll work closely with our Sustainability Data Manager to provide data and insights on Primark Cares, focusing on Product and Packaging pillars. You'll publish performance reports, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and identify stock risks with incorrect certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sustainability Data Manager in providing data and insights on Primark Cares.
  2. Identify stock risks with incorrect certifications and recommend remedial actions.
  3. Log and respond to data requests from stakeholders accurately and timely.
  4. Assist in rolling out new processes and reports, maintain data systems, and support the Measurement & Reporting work stream.
  5. Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  6. Support Commercial Trading activities and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Fashion or Assistant Merchandising previous experience.
  • Qualifications in Fashion, Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Maths, or a similar discipline.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Systems literacy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative partner with good interpersonal/communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to push back with professionalism.
