Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Higher-Level SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Social Care and Education Jobs in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To provide tailored support to SEN pupils in an early years setting, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting SEN pupils.
- To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participate in regular review meetings to discuss progress and set new goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £28 per hour, which equates to an estimated annual salary of approximately £25,000 - £27,300 based on 40 hours per week, term time only.
