Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical content to various audiences through classroom, virtual classroom, and recorded formats. You will learn and master highly technical products quickly, using pre-release documentation and software. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively convey complex information to diverse groups. You will also contribute to the development of sustainable training courseware and curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering technical training programs for multiple products and audience levels.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest product releases and features.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective training materials.
  • Traveling up to 50% of the time to deliver training sessions worldwide.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong technical background, with experience in enterprise software and programming languages (JavaScript preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audience levels.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical training environment, with a focus on instructional design and delivery.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Additional languages, such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian, are desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as learning technologies like Captivate and Articulate.
