About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mammographer to join our team at Bupa. As a Mammography Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care during breast screening services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all imaging procedures on male and female Health Assessment clients and diagnostic patients in accordance with Bupa protocols.
  • Run a mammography clinic autonomously, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance of tests conducted, maintaining the highest standards of radiography.
  • Perform general administration surrounding radiography duties, including confidential data collection.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to shared tasks to ensure exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Certificate in mammography (essential).
  • HCPC registration (essential).
  • Demonstrable experience in mammography (essential).
  • Digital mammography experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Applicants must be female. This is a Genuine Occupational qualification and is exempt under section 7 (2)(e) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.
