Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing maintenance operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our client's facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking maintenance calls from tenants and operatives, and organizing the necessary work to be carried out.
- Prioritizing different repair and maintenance works, and managing contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Maintaining accurate records on our client's in-house database, and utilizing Excel to analyze and report on maintenance activities.
- Providing administrative support, including typing, amending, and updating various reports, and processing contractor and client invoices.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, and providing a positive and professional service at all times.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience of using in-house databases and systems.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
