Fortem Cares seeks an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team in south Birmingham.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of building maintenance, job scheduling, and on-site operations to oversee work-in-progress and planned improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have relevant housing or sector experience and be able to quickly adapt to new systems, including MS Word, Excel, Castleton, Connect, DRS, and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with internal and external policies, including client-specific damp and mould repair protocols.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, able to shift priorities effectively and maintain a "can-do" attitude.
  • Hold a solid understanding of building maintenance, job scheduling, and on-site operations.
