The Tenancy Management Coordinator role involves working with clients to provide support and guidance on managing tenancies, preventing homelessness, and tenancy failure. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Support: Provide assistance to clients in managing debts and accessing benefits.
  • Accommodation Assistance: Help clients find alternative housing and support them in setting up new tenancies.
  • Utility Coordination: Coordinate with gas, water, and electricity providers to ensure seamless transitions and continued service.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of clients, conducting risk assessments and providing tailored housing support and advice.
  • Community Integration: Encourage and support clients to engage with and integrate into their local communities.
Requirements:
