As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop a successful business, foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

• Leverage your expertise to create a unique and engaging customer experience, incorporating live sports, pub games, and catering services.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and promote the pub's offerings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Revenue growth: £334,019 estimated annual turnover.
2. Cost control: ingoing costs £17,490, rental income £16,461 per annum.
3. Customer satisfaction: provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing licensed establishments, preferably in a similar setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong business acumen, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
