Plumbing and Heating Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our Repairs and Maintenance team at The Goodwood Estate.
This is a pivotal role that requires a skilled tradesperson with a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring water compliance across the estate and carrying out repairs, improvements, and routine maintenance to the private water supply and building infrastructure.
You will have extensive experience in plumbing and heating systems, including legionella control tasks and prevention. Installation and maintenance knowledge of heating systems is desirable. You will also be required to be on-call at least 18 weeks per year, including every third weekend.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a methodical and disciplined approach to your work, with the flexibility to work outside of normal hours when required.
