About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at a leading domestic heating manufacturer. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and technical fault finding and fixing of domestic boilers and ASHPs in people's homes. This is a new position due to increased investment in providing increased customer service and warranty cover. Daily jobs and routes are efficiently planned, with any extra parts or tools delivered the early evening before.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Service and repair domestic boilers and ASHPs in people's homes.
  2. Technical fault finding and fixing of heating systems.
  3. Work efficiently to meet daily job targets and deadlines.
  4. Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

  1. Technical service heating service engineer with a strong background of servicing, fault finding and fixing of gas boilers and/or ASHPs.
  2. Plumbing and electrical experience ideally with qualifications / certifications.
  3. Friendly and outgoing character as you will be in people's homes representing a brand.
  4. Please still apply if you have no ASHP experience as training will be given along with industry certificates.

The Company

We are an industry leading domestic heating manufacturer, providing the latest hydrogen-ready boilers and air source heat pumps. Our heating systems are high quality with a design focused on reliability and ease of service for the service engineer. Our Service Engineers come from a variety of backgrounds but all are highly knowledgeable on diagnosing / troubleshooting and fixing boiler and ASHP breakdowns along with various electrical heating controls.
