We are seeking an experienced Plumbing / Heating Engineer to join our skilled Repairs & Maintenance team at the Goodwood Estate.
This pivotal role involves ensuring water compliance across the estate and performing repairs, improvements, and routine maintenance to the private water supply and building infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive plumbing experience in commercial and domestic environments, a self-motivated attitude, and a disciplined approach to work.
Key responsibilities include legionella control tasks, prevention, and knowledge of hot and cold water systems, as well as installation and maintenance of heating systems.
Availability to be on-call for at least 18 weeks per year, including every third weekend, is essential.
Reliable transport is also required due to the rural location of the estate.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including overtime and on-call payments, as well as access to training opportunities, a wellbeing programme, and social events.
Applicants should have a NVQ level 3 in plumbing or equivalent and be passionate about their work.
