Pebbles Care Limited seeks an experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working with care-experienced children and young people, providing specialist psychological input and supporting the development of therapeutic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess and manage risk, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients
  • To develop and implement plans for evidence-based therapeutic and psychologically led care, in line with HCPC and BPS standards
  • To work in partnership with external agencies, such as CAMHS and Children's Social Care, to ensure seamless support for our clients
  • To provide clinical supervision to team members and support staff in assessing and managing risk

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 28 days of holiday, auto-enrolment into the company pension scheme, and a life assurance scheme. A monthly car allowance and eligibility for our cash-back health care package through Medicash are also included.
