Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team as a Senior Support Pharmacist for Healthcare of Older People Services. Main Responsibilities
As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering a specialist clinical pharmacy service, focusing on the healthcare needs of older adults. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, with a strong emphasis on education and training. Your role will also involve developing leadership and mentoring skills, as well as contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy team.

Person Specification
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong clinical background, with a minimum of 12 months post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy. You should also have a passion for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and a commitment to ongoing education and training. Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is also a requirement for this role.
