Insight Select is seeking a skilled Corporate Action Manager to ensure compliance with processes and procedures for corporate actions and dividends.

About the Role

The successful candidate will review working practices, provide recommendations for improvement, and manage department and team members. They will also ensure company procedures are up to date with FCA and CASS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and improve working practices
  • Manage and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with FCA and CASS requirements
  • Provide advice on regulation and systems
  • Collaborate with other departments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position in Financial Services
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services
  • Good knowledge of FCA CASS rules
  • Experience working with dividends and corporate actions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
