Corporate Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and stocking
- Coordinate and arrange social events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with desk reshuffle requests and maintain a tidy workspace
- Conduct weekly access pass audits and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to the Executive Assistants and handle printing and binding requests
- Stock check general office supplies and corporate-branded merchandise
- Raise purchase orders and manage office expenses
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong attention to detail
