Job Title: Corporate Office Assistant - 12 Month FTC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and stocking
  • Coordinate and arrange social events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with desk reshuffle requests and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Conduct weekly access pass audits and maintain accurate records
  • Provide support to the Executive Assistants and handle printing and binding requests
  • Stock check general office supplies and corporate-branded merchandise
  • Raise purchase orders and manage office expenses

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong attention to detail
