This role is a critical part of our team, providing high-level administrative support to our CEO and Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for external inquiries, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring effective communication throughout the charity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Assist the CEO in collating and submitting expense claims.
  3. Conduct research to prepare the CEO and SLT for key meetings, ensuring they are adequately briefed.
  4. Coordinate and arrange Senior Management Team meetings and Board of Trustees annual meetings.
  5. Provide minute-taking and administrative support to Senior Management Team and Trustee meetings.
  6. Review and process Trustee expenses incurred due to meeting and event attendance.
  7. Answer and manage incoming enquiries on the Causeway external phone line and information@ email address.
  8. Liaise with the SMT and wider team to ensure all incoming enquiries are responded to and actioned accordingly.
  9. Support the COO in monitoring and evaluating service information, through the collation of quarterly data across all departments.
  10. Support the COO in the wider service improvement agenda through the production of project management templates and data monitoring.
  11. Provide administrative support to the SLT in gathering case studies or data for report production for external stakeholders.
  12. Support the SLT in working groups/service projects through administrative support and action logging within project meetings.
