Role Overview:
This SEN Teacher position involves working with students who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of SEN students.
- Adjust teaching approaches to accommodate students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with staff to provide comprehensive support.
- Develop and implement personalized education plans.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
- Stay current with best practices in SEN Teaching.
Essential Requirements:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Have experience teaching in an SEN setting.
- Hold an up-to-date DBS.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students' learning journeys.
Compensation and Benefits:
