Role Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Sales and Project Scheduling Expert to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of doorsets, screens, and ironmongery into architects, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

The ideal applicant will have at least 2+ years of experience coaching and developing a team, with a strong background in the construction industry, ideally for a manufacturer. Commercially-minded and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling into architects, main contractors, and sub-contractors
  • Managing the teams workflow from enquiry stage through to handover to the manufacturing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Building and implementing new strategies in order to enhance current processes

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 + commission, comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a leading construction field sales recruitment consultancy.
