About the Role

Tata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled MES Consultant to join our team. As an MES Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and supporting MES implementation for large manufacturers. You will also be responsible for design, integration, lifecycle management, and development of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End MES Solution Design and Technical Design
  • Performance Models for Downstream Communication Systems
  • Interface Definitions during the Execution Phase for the MES Supplier
  • Deployment Models and Coordination of User Acceptance Testing
  • Development of Components and Modules and Commissioning of MES Components
Requirements
  • Deep Understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems
  • Deep Understanding of the Core Concepts for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Understanding of the Automotive Business Operating Model
  • Understanding of Queue-Based Communication to External Systems
  • Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Understanding of PLC, SCADA Systems, and Proficy Suite Products
  • Understanding of OPC, MQTT, and AMQP Protocols
  • Understanding of RDBMS, Writing Optimized SQL Queries, and DB Optimization
  • Understanding of DevOps Tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, Docker, etc.
